Open seats

One business per trade. 32 trades are still unclaimed.

In this chapter there is exactly one architect, one chartered accountant, one printer. Whoever holds a seat gets every referral the room generates in that category, with nobody else in the room competing for it. That is the whole point - and it is why an open seat matters.

How joining actually works

  1. 1. Visit first. Nobody applies before seeing a full meeting as a guest.
  2. 2. Talk to the membership committee. They check that your category is free and that you can serve referrals properly.
  3. 3. Apply. Membership is decided by the committee, and the fees are set by the organisation - not by us.
  4. 4. Show up. Attendance, one-to-ones and giving referrals are what make the seat pay for itself.

We cannot promise anyone a fixed amount of business. What the chapter can promise is a structured room, a protected category and thirty people who are trying to find you work every week.
