Someone you know needs someone we know
A referral is not a phone number scraped off a card. It is a person with a real need who is expecting a call. That is the only kind we pass in this chapter, and the only kind worth giving.
What makes a referral worth giving
- You have spoken to the person and they know a call is coming.
- You know roughly what they need and by when.
- You can say why you trust the member you are sending them to.
Please pass a referral only for someone who has agreed to be contacted. We record who referred whom, and the member you send them to will be told your name.
